[Event] CITIC Telecom International CPC Solutions Day 2024

[Event] Green Radar x Superhub Networking Event

We had a fantastic time co-hosting a customer networking event with Superhub on 17 October 2024! Thank you to Superhub and everyone who joined us, making it an insightful and successful event.

小心利用多层Google URL重定向的钓鱼电邮攻击

最近，Green Radar SOC 安全监控中心（SOC）观察到使用 Google 重定向 URL 的复杂钓鱼电邮攻击显著增加。这些攻击旨在利用 Google 的可信域名来规避基于声誉的过滤器。此外，分层重定向增加了复杂性，使得用户和安全系统都很难追踪连结的最终目的地。

以下是其中一种攻击案例：

  1. 假冒邮件：用户收到一封伪装成普通Microsoft 365密码过期通知的邮件。
  2. 复杂重定向URL：该连结包含多层Google重定向URL。用户点击连结后，会通过这些层进行重定向。
  3. reCAPTCHA伪装：最初的Google连结将重定向到一个看似无害的reCAPTCHA保护URL，然后才导向最终的恶意钓鱼网站。这一操作使安全网关更难检测到威胁，并增加用户信任该域名的可能性。
  4. 凭证盗窃：最终的钓鱼网站会提示用户登录，目的是窃取其敏感凭证资料。

结论：
检测重定向对于用户来说可能具有挑战性，因为初始 URL 可能看起来很真实。网络威胁不断演变，组织必须保持高度警惕。通过了解像是多层Google重定向钓鱼这样的复杂技术，保持信息流通，并实施坚固的安全措施，我们可以更好地保护自己和我们的系统免受潜在的攻击。

针对本地威胁
Green Radar之所以能在云云国际电邮供应商突围而出，马伟雄认为公司对本地威胁情况的更深入了解是重要因素，近年团队成功率先侦测到多宗本地化的电邮攻击，能够帮助客户迅速识别和应对各种电邮威胁。他举例说，以往不少钓鱼电邮伪冒公营机构，例如：港铁、中电、港灯等，近期Green Rader更侦测到黑客假冒终审法院、国内的政府机关，「我们均能成功侦测及帮助客户隔离相关电邮。」

主动贴心防护
Green Radar近年来积极开拓AI 电邮防护新视野，旗下的grMail 电邮服务一直为客户提供电邮防护，还会提供贴心的增值服务，马伟雄举例，当客户怀疑电邮有可疑时，更可传送至24/7运作的安全监控中心，Green Radar 会进行调查并提供报告，以专业的技术帮助客户辨识真伪。此外，他还透露当Green Radar侦测到客户内部某员工的电邮帐户有异常情况，怀疑被入侵时，都会主动通知客户，在问题爆发前及早阻止不必要的意外。

在今时今日Gen AI 普及的世代，黑客会利用生成式AI 大量制作钓鱼电邮，Green Radar 在这方面便用上AI 的优势，将环球威胁情报，和自家团队在本地发现的威胁情报，第一时间加入到系统背后强大的AI 模型进行学习，借此能大大提升其侦测能力，为客户提供及时的防护。马伟雄特别提到，未来公司将继续投资于AI 技术，通过不断改进演算法，保持在技术上的领先地位。

创新技术迎挑战
为协助客户应对更多新型挑战，Green Radar不断提升服务，今年推出了 grKey 云端特权存取管理方案。马伟雄指出，虽然在外部层面上， grMail能提供全面保护，但在内部层面保护特权帐户同样十分重要，举例说若果拥有管理《Office 365》权限的帐户被入侵，公司内部包括高层在内的电邮，都会可能被黑客盗取，导致公司机密外泄。他透露，grKey是SaaS方案，除了功能上更胜市场上对手外，更重要是为客户提供Managed Service，自推出短短9个月以来，客户的反应及查询都相当热烈，在未来会与grMail一同推广。此外，Green Radar还会推出 grShield — 一项托管式端点侦测与回应（EDR）服务，结合原有产品能为客户提供更全面的保护。
